  Fabulous advice and detailed consultations to establish all the floral requirements for my wedding. Bouquets were simply stunning and the set up at my venue was brilliant.... perfectly encompassing what i asked for! The service was friendly and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!!! We also hired groomsmen suits from here. These were well priced and included a thorough fitting service. Massive thank you to Emma,Jean, Kai and Laura for your part in making our day so special!!

  Will not be recommending anyone here! Poor & rude customer service. The suits were in a shocking state upon collection, not clean & with marks on, to the point where the grooms had to be collected at a later date in order to make sure the shirt was clean. No matching shoes and these went back cleaner than they came as we had to clean them ourselves just to get a polish on them! 3 out of 6 pairs of shoes were so bad we ended up having to hire these from another suit shop. Fortunately this did not spoil the day and our wedding guests were non the wiser.

  Had our wedding flowers from here on 6th July 2019. Perfect consultation, great service, flowers were beautiful and perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

  My family and I would like to thank Frocks n Flowers / Flowers of Kidderminster for ALWAYS delivering a 5-star service. Emma Dandy and her team did the flowers for my Brother-in-law’s funeral on Friday, we arranged everything over the phone and facebook messenger, we gave Emma a list of all the flowers we would like in the arrangements even including Acer tree leaves, nothing was too much trouble. We were beyond impressed with Emma’s creations, she beautifully created 7 arrangements for the funeral; they most definitely helped brighten up what was an extremely difficult day for my family. Your work is simply exquisite!!! xXx
