  Absolutely love this flower shop, it always stands out as such a beautiful frontage. I love it's vintage, rustic look, by far the prettiest flower shop in Worcester. I have been lucky enough to receive a bouquet from here which was absolutely stunning and my mum still has all the bits that she could save and dried. I pop in from time to time and always manage to buy lovely little presents and bits for the home that are really reasonably priced. I have been to a wedding where they used this shop and the displays were just gorgeous. I have unfortunately also had flowers for a funeral which were equally beautiful and perfect for the occasion. One of the great independent stores in Worcester!

  The flowers were absolutely beautiful and really cheered the receiver up. Excellent friendly service. I placed the order at 9.15 am and they were delivered by 11, what an outstanding service. Julia is really helpful and professional. Well done really excellent service.

  We used Beautiful Flowers for arrangements for my mother's funeral all I can say is how helpful the staff were advising us and the flowers were Beautiful and amazing and felt not too expensive... Definitely recommend and I would go there again

  Beautiful Flowers were recommended to us by Bedwardine Funeral Services who were dealing with my lovely Dad's funeral arrangements. Katherine (the owner of Beautiful Flowers) listened to our requests and took our order. On the day of Dad's funeral, we were overwhelmed at our amazing, beautiful floral tributes. Each one was as expected and more - we were delighted ! The quality of the flowers and foliage, value for money, the colours, the attention to detail was all perfect and received numerous compliments from the mourners. Would recommend Beautiful Flowers without hesitation !

  Really bad experience with this company. Incredibly rude demeanour, dismissive of my requests without even really listening to what I was saying. I felt like I was being treated differently to others in the shop and was a nuisance (I think I had been mistaken for someone else who had attended the shop a few times before). Flower arrangements also seem low quality and lacking in creative flair. I did like some of the table accessories but these can be bought elsewhere for cheaper. There are nicer florists within a few hundred metres of this shop so would advise people to look elsewhere.
