  Joanne and the ladies are FANTASTIC, even on one of the busiest days of the year nothing was to much trouble. I didn't have a full name or even address and there MI5 detective skills and superb customer service saved the day!!!!! Good work girls, would highly recommend and will use again :-) A great experience and would give 10 STARS ********** xxx

  I placed an order at 09:12 for delivery to Sherburn in Elmet the same day. I had an email at 09:33 confirming the a certain flower was out of stock but a similar replacement was available and the overall affect would be similar. I was happy with this and I received a confirmation email at 15:11 confirming the flowers had been delivered. The recipient, who has very high standards, was delighted with the quality of the display. Thank you.
