Always trying to support local shops and shop direct to cut out the middle man I was very surprised when this shop refused my telephone order and told me that they only do orders for Interflora! Never have I had such a weird conversation, they then hung up on me!

Ordered a Mother's Day bouquet and felt they weren't quite how I imagined them , contacted Cottage flowers and they were more than happy to change them for me to beautiful bouquet which my mum absolutely loved . Very happy with them and how accommodating they were 😁
