Always a pleasure to be a customer at this shop we’ve been using them for 17 years and would never use anywhere else. The work they’ve done for use are true pieces of art, they are talented, honest, wonderful to do business with and always welcoming to us as a family. I was quite upset by the reception I received from the main older lady in the shop. I originally went in to ask about wedding flowers but picked up a couple of plants whilst there. She had no interest in talking or advising me about their wedding service, I just had a leaflet thrust at me. I definitely would not give them a penny of my hard earned money and now wish I hadn't bought the plants either. Suggest the lady goes on a customer service course and learns how to be polite to customers in the future!!!
