  I live in London and had to organise a selection of 5 adornments for a dear family member's funeral in Birmingham via WhatsApp (with screenshots during lunch breaks over a few days) . Payment was made on the phone in trust and I only got to see them personally on the day of the funeral. They were perfect and followed my requested colour scheme. The lady was very courteous during a sad time.

  Absolutely love all the different flowers that are available in the shop and there's also a variety of gifts to choose from. I had a beautiful free standing made for my mum and a bunch of balloons with gifts and chocolates for her birthday. It was delivered on time with no delay. And also excellent customer service. The girls welcome you with warm smiles and are full of knowledge. Definitely will be ordering from here again!!

  I needed a bouquet and flower jewellery for my mendhi last minute and the staff at flourishing adornment were so professional and managed to make me everything, despite having such little time to do so. I was taken away by how lovely the girl was who served me and how she provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this florist.

  I think if you want something different and unique for your special occasion flourishing adornments offers exactly that and would definitely recommend. From my own experience the customer service was exceptional too.
