  OMG!!! where do I start... Simply can't rate these guys enough. I called yesterday. A member of staff at work had a baby which we would always celebrate with flowers and gifts. She had a very traumatic birth so an extra special effort was needed. I spoke to Linda who was eager to be as helpful as she possibly could. I explained the situation and what we needed. I was able to offer advice on what her favourite flowers were etc. and Linda took the lead from there. Not only was everything in wanted sorted out, the flowers were also delivered that very same day. I have come into work this morning to a message from the new mummy saying how 'spectacular' the arrangement was. Thank you so much, we really can't thank you enough.

  Again i highly recomend Diane Lawson florist.....from taking my order by phone their politeness was very good and their attention to detail excellant....my order delivered on time give or take allowances for traffic delays.... Well pleased with the flowers 1st class quality......recommened in the past highly recommend for the future.. ..Well done all......👍

  Received flowers from my children’s father but they died within 2 days but went into store and they exchanged them. Really nice ladies. Would definitely be back because of the customer service

  The floral arrangements and bouquet supplied for our son's wedding were beautiful and more than met our expectations. The colours and types of flowers used were as chosen by the bride and were delivered in good time. We would no hesitation in recommending.

  I came to this shop after being let down at the last minute by another florist the day before my nans funeral, the staff were so helpful, more than happy to help even though they were rushed for Christmas, they created exactly what I wanted, the flowers I received were stunning, fresh, I could smell them all over my house and are so beautiful. I can’t thank you all enough. I do hope you get to read this. Thank you x
