  Flowers nice, but lucky to even get one star after the customer service. rang up to pre order something, wires obviously got crossed as i arrived and asked to change what was ready the response was ‘you asked for it so that’s what you’ve got’ - not great customer service (considering the other lady said she could sell them on anyway). THEN when i had got what i wanted i asked if i could buy a box separately for something else and was told no. - shall not return until they gain some manners.

  We used Poyntons for our wedding florists and were very glad we did. The florist really listened to exactly what we wanted and produced beautiful bouquets, buttonholes and centre-pieces exactly as we had hoped they would look (and at a competitive price). Thank you Poyntons for being part of our wedding! Would most definitely recommend to friends and family.
