AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - Don't use this shop. My mother went in to see if they could help with the flowers for my father's funeral (who only died 4 days ago) as they had arranged the flowers for my wedding last year. Having asked for the "lovely blonde boss lady" that she had dealt with last year she was then subjected to a verbal tirade from Chris who told her that he didn't need business like her's and that he had turned the business around since his arrival 4 years ago . . . . . Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and I'll be telling the 100 odd people who are turning up to my fathers funeral - and those would be mostly local people - of the "wonderful customer experience" my mother received at the hands of this shop.

Wonderful service. I rang after four on Saturday afternoon and my daughter’s flowers were delivered by half past five! Lovely flowers too.

Amazing and quick service. Needed flowers in a pinch for a funeral, and claygate flower shop did everything to a T. Great value as well. Thank you
