  AVOID FOR WEDDING FLOWERS! Use Fairfield Florist as the flower supplier for my wedding, such a mistake! First, the order was over 40 minutes late, ordered rose buttonholes and received carnations. They (eventually) agreed to remake them, but the roses I eventually received were of poor quality and already starting to wilt upon delivery. During my original consultation I took a photo with me of what I wanted, agreed that some of the flowers could be changed from the photo (as it was the wrong season for some of them) but the size and colour scheme to be similar. What I received was a bouquet that was considerably smaller and wrong colour tone. When I rang to complain, the owner refused to accept that they had made a mistake and instead just called me a liar (they also tried to say my mother came in and changed my order to carnations? Which even if true why would they allow someone whose name isn't on the order form change the order?). Please avoid this company, they will take your money pretend to listen to what you want, make whatever they want and then call you a liar when you try to complain. They way they have spoken to me has been disgusting and completely unprofessional. I haven't even listed all the problems with my order (annoyingly google has character restriction!) but please avoid this company! RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW: Absolute lies! And another example of how you always change your story. If I ordered carnations originally then why did you say later that my mother came in to your store and changed the flowers from roses to carnations? And for delivery time, your colleague gave me delivery time of 12pm... so why are you now saying they didn't? Also, if that is too early for delivery why give me that time in the first place? Your unprofessional-ism is ASTOUNDING.

  I would never go anywhere else for my flowers, Karen and her team always do an amazing job. The customer service is excellent. I recently had to order my father's funeral flowers and my wedding flowers on the same day. Karen was so caring and took special attention to help us pick the perfect flowers. The funeral flowers were beautiful and the custom made boro shirt was amazing, perfect for my lovely dad. My wedding flowers were absolutely stunning and lasted amazingly, even the button holes were fresh for days. Thank you so much!! 😊

  A BIG BIG THANKYOU TO THE VERY HELPFUL LADY I SPOKE TO TODAY REGARDING AN ORDER . THE FLOWERS ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL THEY REALLY ARE. I WILL CERTAINLY USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN
