  Absolutely great service !!! i rang this florist from Nottingham to send my sister in law who lives in Southampton some flowers for her birthday and wanted one single rose in it for my mother in law who passed away so suddenly in March , the lady who I spoke to was lovely and made the bouquet of flowers how I wanted I even called back for them to email a picture I was very surprised that I got a email so quickly , so I will definitely be using Gannaways again next year on my sister in laws birthday thank you so much 🙏😊

  Good local shop just could do with more choice in fruit and veg but a nice pleasent shop with lots of nice little bits n bobs.

  THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY PEOPLE!!!!! BY CONNING THEM INTO LENDING THEM £20.000 The persons compo! THEY PROMISE TO PAY YOU BACK!! STILL WAITING SINCE March 2016!! REFUSE TO PAY ANY OF IT BACK AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

  We live in Colorado and recently ordered funeral flowers on the web thhrough interflora. The local UK florist fulfilling the arrangement was Gannaways of Bitterne Rd. As we were unable to go to the funeral we decided to ask if the florist could take a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. We had an immediate email back that they would be happy to do this and when the arrangement was made we received an email from Jo with a picture of the flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly as show on the order site. That extra effort from Gannaways made our day! Thank you, Peter & Caroline Dundee
