  Wanted to order 42 button holes & a bouquet for my wedding so a bulk order but they couldn’t care less. I was happy to pay for delivery and everything else. I asked for a picture of a sample & of course i will as its my wedding & don’t live close by but got a picture out of a magazine after waiting four days. Asked why its just a picture & Rachel said she cant make one just because. Was happy to pay for a sample if asked, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing

  We came down from Yorkshire to order a floral tribute for for my son's funeral, a few days later and we were so impressed with the customer service, and the quality of the finished floral tribute. Thank you very much, would recommend

  delivered on wrong day! because no one was home they left the flowers outside but we have looked everywhere and can’t find them. When I call them they basically called me a liar. DO NOT USE
