    Kind and helpful from the beginning. I gave my idea and the lady went and selected flowers to provide me with an idea of shape. I trusted them with my idea so much I didn't want to see the creation until I collected it and they had found the flowers I requested at short notice and they looked wonderful. Thank you so much.
