  I bought a bunch of flowers for my anniversary on the Saturday afternoon, most of them were lily's. By the following Saturday, most of them had turned brown. They were all clipped properly and the water additive put in. I went back, and showed them. I think it was upsetting for them, but eventually, they threw a few flowers together as a replacement. Don't think I'll waste my money at that poor excuse for a florist again. They do have some awards etc, but maybe they upped their game just for those. Maybe they should be concentrating on their customers rather than awards. Also, any replacements should be like for like, not just a few stragglers. My advice, don't use them on a Saturday, it doesn't look like they have much stock left by then.

  Thank you to Gail of Floral Design Bangor for making a delivery on such a busy weekend. I left the choice of the bouquet to Gail and she did not disappoint. The service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this florist to everyone, Thanks again Gail, much appreciated,
