  Wedding flowers for our daughter's wedding at Hales Hall in Loddon Norfolk last week were absolutely amazing and so beautiful, fitting perfectly with the venues rustic decor and bride and bridesmaids posies were stunning. This is a florist who knows her business and delivers on all counts in a very caring, personal and extremely professional way . I have no hesitation in recommending Bright and Beautiful flowers.

  Ordered and delivered same day, the arrangements are unique and modern and delivery instructions followed perfectly. Recipient was made up and the basket arrangement was stunning. Great value too! Thankyou Claire and team totally rock!

  Their website displays products differently to what you actually get. They are stock photos that are used by the website company that designed their site, there are 5 or 6 other sites with the same photo. the photos used have never been made by the shop itself. After a call to the shop, the owner gave me no reason to believe she was willing to help. I find it disgraceful that I didn't get what I ordered and I was treated in this way. I would not recommend this florist AT ALL!!! her excuse was that the business has only been open for 4 years and she is a single mum, I mean come on you know you have done wrong just take responsibility.
