Lorraine always delivers the best and freshest flowers that last and are well presented with colour co-ordinated wrapping and bows. I’ve used Lorraine’s Flowers for years and I have always been given great bouquet’s at very competitive prices. 💐

Really helpful staff. The girls made 4 gorgeous bouquets for my children's teachers and stuck to my budget. Will never use another overpriced florist again. Keep up the good work girls :-)

Thank you for the beautiful flower arrangements (and butterflies) that were kindly delivered on 14.02.2018 for the funeral of the lovely Tom Spark that took place on 15.02.2018.

Purchased a dozen red roses for valentines day (Feb 2017) with diamante pins for flower heads (£50)
Positive points first: They arrived on time.
Negative points: Cost £50. Whilst this may be what is expected given that it is Valentines day and the cost tends to higher than usual, I would have expected the flowers to be top notch. However, flower heads had already started to go black on receipt and only 3 diamante were included.
Given that I ordered 12 red roses, I would have expected 12 diamante (one for each rose). Clearly they ran out so only provided 3 and the roses themselves were very disappointing (already going black on delivery).
If the roses were not of a standard and not enough Diamantes for the flowers were available, then don't take the order. Definitely, don't charge £50 for a substandard service.
This is a honest review and I would personally avoid this florist. Outside of a busy period such as valentines day, they may be okay but they clearly fail to deliver on a busy day.
