  Really disappointed - we ordered flowers and a birthday balloon to be delivered on Thursday morning. Flowers arrived with no balloon, so we called up and were told it would be delivered later in the day. The balloon never showed up. We called again Friday morning and were again told it would be delivered today along with some flowers as an apology, and that somebody would call us back to let us know it had been done. We didn't receive a call from anybody and finally at 8:30pm the balloon was delivered, no flowers or anything included as an apology. This was for my Grans 80th birthday and we are so unhappy with the service we received. I don't think it's acceptable that we paid for flowers & a balloon to be delivered on her birthday and the balloon arrived a day and a half late. We won't be using this florist again.

  Beautiful flowers, lovely staff and would highly recommend after I was let down by another florist, gails helped me out and brilliant prices aswell. Thanks again

  My mums friend sent her flowers for her birthday where it was left on the step and taken. After her arguing for new flowers to be delivered they arrived half dead and already smelling. Not great service.
