  We attended today to buy some flowers for my partner for Mothers day. I took our autistic son to pick some for her, so that he felt he was a part of it too. I walked in and was instantly ignored. I understand that Mothers day is a busy day, but the shop was empty. I asked an older woman if they accepted card and I got a very sharp Yes from her. Our son picked a bunch of flowers, and she demanded that we put them on the counter. When it came to pay, I handed my bank card to our son so that he could tap it on the card reader (for contactless payment) so that he felt that it was him buying his Mother the flowers. The person who served me then snatched my card from my sons hand, and proceeded to make the payment herself. I felt this was VERY rude, and very distressing for my autistic child! I dont think I will be going back here again if this is the service they provide! If you have disabled family members too, I would advise you avoid this place too!

  Couldn't of wished for a better service flowers were amazing and the staff were very attentive and do polite they helped me with all my needs from the flower colour ect ..... Well done will recommend you and your flowers to everyone
