  I used this florist to purchase flowers for my mother's funeral on the 10th September 2019.Having gone into the shop with my sister to purchase flowers for letters gran,mum and ruby with instructions for the ruby to be made of red roses.To my horror on the day of the funeral the flowers were not red roses but white .I telephoned the shop to ask why the flowers were not red roses and to my disgust the owner was very confrontational towards me and seemed to imply that we couldn't afford to pay saying that the price would have been double for red roses how dare she assume that we couldn't afford that the price was never an issue.This person should never be in this job my family were very upset about this and disappointed especially my dad i will never use this shop again.

  I will keep this brief..accurate but brief. The owner of this establishment is a disgrace to customer service, to retail, to business and to mother daughter relations. I made the mistake of giving feedback on a bouquet of flowers I'd ordered for my mother this Christmas . The way this woman spoke to me and handled my feedback was utterly horrific. I have not experienced such an aggressive, negative and out and out rude person before...and she's the owner. Back to Tain for my floral requirements north of the border. This woman needs to stay in Alness, she'd lose everything if she did business in London...what a dinosaur.
