  Denise and her team did my mum and my family so proud with the colourful flowers we asked for, for our beautiful mums funeral, it was a heartbreaking time but Denise made the whole sad situation a lot easier to sort with her great empathy, I would definitely recommend lilac and willows for there professionalism and beautiful flower arrangements and great value for money. Thank you Denise and your team, you’ve all been amazing ❤️

  Denise and Louise are so professional and lovely to work with, I would 100% recommend them. My husband and I used Lilac & Willow for our wedding and we were blown away when we walked into Hatfield House Old Palace and saw the room filled with gorgeous arrangements in our purple colour theme. I had complete trust and faith in them from the start. Thank you so much Denise and Louise! xx

  Huge thanks to Lilac and Willow who recently sent Bev to the Relate London North West and Herts annual conference, to provide a demonstration of flower arranging for our staff. As a charity we are so grateful for any support from within our local communities. The staff here who work really hard to support children and families through counselling and mediation really enjoyed watching her amazing skills. Thanks so much.   Amazing one to one service. I had all my flowers and wedding bouquets designed and made up with them. They delivered them all to the venue in plenty of time and every single detail was spot on. The flowers were not only stunning and fresh on the day but were still thriving 10 days later. I did not want any cake decorations as such so Denise and Sue designed a beautiful posy to put on top of the cake plus surrounded all the table decorations with fresh rose petals. Their ideas and advice were second to none. They spent a whole morning with me going through everything and put together all my ideas adding a little twist of their own. They really do know their business down to the finest detail I can’t praise them enough and as a bride they make you feel exceptional and that you are the only bride in the world. They are very friendly and will put their artistic hands to anything. Their bouquets can be formal, quirky, arty, bright, modern. In fact whatever you ask them for they will put together for you and offer their expertise along the way. A very special flower shop with a very professional and fun approach. I can’t recommend d them enough and am very reluctant to use anyone else. A must visit to see for yourself.
