Exceptional service, very polite, friendly and helpful. I asked for a butterfly tribute and a spray for my nan’s funeral and wasn’t disappointed. Everyone commented on the flowers I had ordered and how beautiful they were. Thank you very much.

Wow! So after writing my review this morning I got a phone call from the owner... which ended up in him yelling at me that I don’t know what I’m talking about... and I probably got home yesterday and had a nervous breakdown! Wow how unprofessional. He asked me to take my review down and offered me refund instead. My initial review: Really nice people, unfortunately very unsatisfactory flower arrangement. I’ve ordered exactly what was on their website and wanted to add a little bit more red to the flowers. I’ve ended up with a very cheap looking arrangement instead. Completely different flowers, it looked nothing as what I’ve ordered. Unfortunately I couldn’t do anything about it as the funeral was due in an hour. I must say that I was embarrassed to take those flowers with me.

We have used Ramels for over 6 years, recently Ramels were flower specialists for our wedding. They did a fabulous job, the centre pieces everyone managed to take flowers home, our boquets we placed on our families graves, 4 and a half weeks later these flowers were still in the vases looking great. The effort, and hard work Ramels put into our wedding we can’t thank them enough, our cake looked beautiful with the flowers. I can’t wait to go back before Christmas to buy our yearly wreaths and table decorations. This flower shop by far is the best I’ve ever been too I would recommend them to anyone, they can do anything!!!
