  I sent my elderly mother a bouquet from this shop which cost me £36. She recently told me (she said she didn’t know whether she should say) that the bouquet was very poor, substandard. I rang the shop in the hope they might send another which would surprise her. The response from the shop is that they have a 7 day quibble policy and after that it’s tough luck! 7 days is a very short time and people receiving flowers from friends etc would hesitate to say the gift was not good. I am very disappointed in this business and certainly won’t be using them again. My mother said she has seen them loading their van with flowers from Tesco’s - so that’s where I’ll go!!
