Due to not living in the area, my order was placed over the phone. The member of staff I spoke to was friendly and very helpful.
The arrangement that was discussed and created was beautiful. This is the second year in which I have used this florist and will be contacting them the same time next year.

Excellent service on many occasions, lovely flowers. We've ordered in the shop and online, always been pleased with the arrangements. Prices are obviously not the cheapest but we are prepared to pay for special occasions, knowing the quality will be delivered, unlike some other online florists
