  Can't recommend this florist enough! She was easily my favourite supplier from my Abersoch wedding. Her communication and time keeping were exceptional, her shop was easy to find and her flowers were stunning! Thank you so much Judith for making my day so magical

  We were guaranteed service for a wedding order but let down a month before. For further context, we were told no deposit was necessary to secure the date due to verbal agreement (despite us happily saying we would pay one - additionally no bank details were supplied to even enable payment). Plans were very far along with multiple back and fore discussions on fine details. However, once a better order came along she dropped us with little time to make alternative arrangements. This teaches us that verbal agreement is not good enough as the company are now just flat out playing the "we didn't receive your deposit" card, ignoring all of the customer service and context behind the problem. We won't be making the same mistake again.

  J's bouquets failed to deliver - Judith cancelled a very large order at the last minute, leaving no time for us to make alternative arrangement. Disappointed. Not very professional in the way she's handling customers and will turn her back once another customer comes along to pay full price before us!

  Friendly and professional florist - we have purchased beautiful bouquets and Christmas wreaths on more than one occasion.
