We have flowers regularly from Margaret and each time they are beautiful such a lovely lady and the staff are so friendly cannot recommend this florist highly enough

Have been using Margaret Anne for flowers for as long as I can remember. Buy all my mothers day flowers here and any for special occasions Also order all our work flowers. Would not dream of going anywhere else. Fab service. Fab staff. Always go above and beyond. Five star rating!!

I don't usually do this, however i had to share my experience today because I am totally shocked! I went into this shop today to enquire about flowers for my wedding in October, I am on a tight budget and I explained to this woman that I had previously looked at having artificial flowers and after ordering some samples at £1.99 per stem I decided to look at the cost of fresh flowers for an idea. She had a really rude attitude to me saying that we were on a budget and told me that if I expect to pay for cheap artificial flowers then I will have a cheap wedding! I was absolutely mortified, I felt embarrassed and ashamed. This really hurt my feelings as she did not even try to make me feel good about looking to save cost and the reason behind it is we have just unexpectedly lost my mother in law a month and half ago and it has left us struggling for money a bit as we had to pay things out for her funeral and also my fiancé has had to have time off work to grieve for his Mum! I think her whole attitude stinks and she needs to develop a rapport with potential customers before slating their budget ideas. Also the shop was scruffy and very unattractive, I really don't think she was in a position to turn customers away to be honest. And when I asked about paying for the flowers week to week or month to month she said no she needs payments upfront and need to be paid by July! For a wedding in October! Absolutely shocking. I came out of the shop and went across the road to interflora where I was treated with respect and they were more than happy to discuss my budget and ideas on a pay monthly service upto 2 weeks before my wedding! I hope this woman sorts her vile attitude out soon because I would expect a closing down sign soon otherwise.
