  Kind and sympathetic when helping us to chose flowers for our mother's funeral. Very good advice regarding choice of flowers for the reception afterwards. Flowers were lovely quality. Look forward to using Simon Smith again, hopefully for happier occasions

  when i arrived at the shop a lovely young lady greeted me who was very friendly aand extra helpful. the day after i picked up the flowers they where beautiful extremly happy with them and the guy that came in early for me to pick them up..would highly recommend this florist

  Good selection of flowers and foliage. Really friendly staff - Merv and Sarah bend over backwards to help you and it's always a real pleasure to go into the shop.

  I have got to say the staff you have in the Tolworth branch especially Sarah very hard working😁 and they all are a credit to your business the shop is always presented to high standards and staff always very helpful very beautiful flowers everytime
