I was visiting a friend and decided to buy some flowers, I popped in to Dawns and they made me a lovely bunch of flowers. Great customer service. I will use them again. Ps my friend loved the flowers and she will be contacting Dawn for her wedding flowers.

Requested to send flowers for condolence, paid extra £10 for delivery. They were left out side the house not even handed in to neighbours. Till date not recd any confirmation form the couple whom they where send. When i called up their shop, they were very rude and said flowers were left outside.
Very disappointed not trust worthy.... not sure even if they were delivered.

Order flowers for delivery. They went missing, took no ownership and told me just chase the courier. They were rude and unhelpful when I called, manager was too busy to take my call.
