  Bought a hydrangea (plant) from Windmill Flowers and, after a week, half of the plant has wilted and died. The shop owner has rejected all responsibility, not wanted to replace it and informed us that it should have been put in the ground straight away. To add insult to injury we were also informed that a hydrangea, she had bought at the same time, had not died and is outside her shop in full bloom, in its original pot...oh, and not in the ground (as was her original blame) . "Why should I take the financial hit" was a response amongst many other farcical excuses for a substandard plant.

  I ordered online, but I wanted to change a few details afterwards so I emailed Mary who was more than helpful and wrote back almost immediately to make sure my issue was resolved. Impeccable client service. Highly Recommended!
