My order did not arrive on the scheduled day despite me paying an excess charge to ensure that it did.
No explanation or details were provided by The Flower Yard on the day as to why this had happened despite them having both mine and the recipients contact details.
I had to ask for a refund twice before it was issued, both times by phoning as my emails were left unanswered.
The Flower Yard's representative on the phone laughed when explaining how the delivery driver had not delivered the order. She seemed to find it amusing that they had let their customer down.
The Flower Yard has provided the worst service I have encountered when ordering anything online. If you need a reliable service to deliver flowers for a special occasion I'd advise you take your business elsewhere.

Total scam - the flowers did never arrive.
The day of the delivery the shipping was confirmed in the morning, but it actually never happened. The company's phone number appearantly didn't exist and no one responded to my emails either.
The day after cheap excuses were brought forward through email, then the shipping was confirmed another time, but it never happened though again.
What a great anniversary surprise.. Also wish I would have read the recommendations before here...

Paid for a beautiful bunch of yellow flowers with eucalyptus based on the website for my husband's birthday. What arrived was different - ugly gerberas and daisies instead of tulips, no eucalyptus to be seen - and they've only lasted 2 days. Incredibly unhappy, not worth the £75 I paid expecting a high quality product.

The worst service ever. My sister in law ordered flowers for my birthday, I wasnt home when they tried to deliver so they just left it near the beans!!!! My husband found it there by mistake after my sister in law called them to say the flowers never arrived. They were very rude, didnt even apologised and said that this is what they do!!! If someone is not home they just leave the flowers near the beans!!! Yes that's right.... I have it on email in writing !!!!! They didnt apologise they didnt offer a replacement nothing!!! I will never order from them again and I will make sure everyone I know will do the same

Didn't buy flowers from here, but tomorrow I'll buy some, just because the reviews are bad. Once I went to a restaurant whit bad reviews, had the best meal of my life!
