  As MD of an events company, quality and professionalism is of paramount importance.we have been using this shop for the last twenty years and i can honestly say that i have never had a problem with anything we have ordered or any of the staff in fact they have always gone out of their way to make sure everything is just right.   Unlike the lady below me I have never had a bad experience in this shop, I have used this florists on a number of occasions and everything has been top quality, if the lady below has a problem with a specific member of staff it speaks for her own character for her to call that person out by name. I have delt with Claire on multiple occasions and she has never been shy of professional even going beyond her own job to help me I highly recommend this florist above all others I have used in the local area
