  Well, what can I say other than absolutely perfect ! I had made a right mess of my order and was very unorganized in the purchase of my partners flowers. I'd left it all last minute (as us blokes do) and ordered my partners flowers a day before I needed them for the specific time of 09:00AM at a specific location. I had managed to put down the wrong address and I notified Stems of this issue on the day and they managed to get the flowers redirected to the correct destination with minimal fuss and they made all arrangements even though it was me that had totally messed up ! Flowers were amazing and I've been left a very, very happy customer :)
