  It was my birthday on Wednesday and coming back on that day, I saw that I missed a delivery. Called them in the early afternoon to find out that I was due to get a bouquet from my mum who lives abroad and wanted to send me a surprise. They said they would attempt another delivery in the afternoon. I said that most likely I wouldn't be there, and when asked about my neighbours, mentioned that I didn't know them as I had just moved. They said they would try anyway. I found a 2nd card as I came back from a weekend away. I called again to see if another delivery could be arranged. A very rude man talked to me on the phone and explained that I knew about the bouquet and that they only try to deliver twice. I explained the situation but he kept on cutting me off and told me it was my fault that I was told clearly on the phone, that he was "next to the operator". He was very condescending, rude and aggressive. I told him the service was very bad and he kept repeating that I knew and that there's nothing he can do. When I started losing patience he just said "are you done"? Very very disappointed by this service, was just calling to find a solution about a surprise I was supposed to get and ended up being blamed for something I didn't have any control over.

  Took four attempts to deliver the flowers. The first time was understandable as nobody was home for the delivery. The second time someone was at home all day but the delivery person clearly didn't make an effort to ring the bell or call and instead just dropped a card saying they had been and nobody was home even though somebody had been waiting. The third time we were told they'd come the following day between 9h-12 and when I rang to ask why they hadn't come they told me they had been busy that morning but they would come later in the day between 13h-16h: but still nobody came. They then rang at 16h30 saying that nobody was home. By that point we had had to leave for an appointment, as we had spent all day (on a Saturday no less!) waiting for them to come and make their delivery... On the fourth attempt the flowers finally came... an absolutely laughable service and judging from the reviews prior to this one- not an isolated incident! Inteflora should definitely find another supplier...

  Have been fortunate enough to receive some beautiful bouquets from Olympia recently. Can’t comment or ordering etc but each bouquet is beautiful and has lasted over 2 weeks. All been ordered online and delivered, often same day, with no problems. Thank you so much for making a surprised girlfriend very happy!

  Nice little local florist. Selection of small pot plants as well as some bigger plants and flowers for bouquets. Also works with interflora.
