  Absolutely lovely florist, staff are always so helpful and friendly. Definitely one of the best florists around. Flowers are always beautiful and last for ages.

  fabulous service. Really quick and easy online service. Flowers delivered same afternoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I called to arrange. Really beautiful bouquet. Thank you!

  If I could give this flower shop 0/5 I would, however Google doesn’t allow this option. Absolutely terrible customer service. I felt so upset and disrespected after my meeting with one of the florists to discuss my wedding flowers. She was extremely negative and she kept saying all the flowers I wanted weren’t in season which I completely understand however she didn’t have to be so adamant about it. I felt so rushed I didn’t even get to really fully talk about what I had in mind for the flowers. She told me that the colour scheme I want to go for for the wedding isn’t in season which is completely understandable, but then she told me I should research on the flowers that are in season so that I come back to her with ideas. This was completely bizarre and downright unprofessional of her to say as she’s the florist, the ‘expert’ and it’s her job to come up with ideas of which flowers in season to incorporate! She even suggested that I should go for another florist once I asked if she can cater to my above average budget! She’s not even a luxury florist for God’s sake. All in all, my experience with this florist was horrendous and I wouldn’t recommend her at all.

  Pretty flowers shame about the service. It was almost an upheaval for the lady to serve me a bunch of flowers just now. Unnecessarily abrupt after politely asking to pick up a ready made bouquet as didn’t have time to wait while she built a bespoke bunch. The customer had no problem with me going ahead. I was handed the contactless machine to make the payment and then ignored with neither a smile or a thank you. Will not be returning.
