  Terribly unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and does not honour his word. Having paid Jack in full for our event to the sum of £1235, our event was sadly cancelled and after telling Jack, I was met with a WhatsApp reply of "sorry to fear that" (should probably learn to spell correctly). I contacted Jack on August 5th, 9th, 10th, 12th and 19th to discuss a refund/retainer payment and have been ignored at every step via WhatsApp and phone calls. Only after posting a public Facebook review did Jack respond to me, telling me to “remove the review and I will refund you”, so I did as requested and removed the review only to be met again with silence and more empty promises. Jack also tried to lie and say that events cancelled within four weeks means the full amount if kept, except I told Jack on August 5th which was 6 weeks before the event. Jack then tried to threaten legal action against me with a solicitor which went nowhere as he didn’t supply a contract. Currently I am awaiting a “letter” from Jack which has yet to be delivered, a week late. Does anyone see a theme here with him? Apparently his email does not allow attachments to be sent, it’s 2019 I don’t think anyone believes that... Avoid at all costs and make sure to get a legal contract from him as he will try and worm out of anything.

  Went to Bloomin Jacks last night for an Easter flower workshop , well what a fantastic time my friend and I had. We have no previous floristry experience but Jack did a great demonstration and helped us create a fabulous door and table decoration. We had a thoroughly good evening which also included Music and a glass of bubbles , we’re booked in again for a Terrarium workshop next month which we cannot wait for .

  I booked a flower ananging corse . Thay cancaled it and still wating for my money back . Have called them meny times and still no refund 😠😠😠

  Jack provided the flowers for our recent October wedding at Mulberry House. The flowers were beautiful; a mix of autumn colours and even tiny pumpkins which looked fabulous. My bouquet was exquisite; really stunning. Seeing it actually brought tears to my eyes I seem to remember! For any special event or gift of flowers I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you Jack and your team for making our flowers on the day (and the photos) look absolutely stunning.

  The bouquet from Jack was amazing. They were an anniversary gift for a work colleague and she was reduced to tears (of happiness) when she received them. Thank you so much for the extra effort you went to for this occasion. xx
