Rude service.
When I made the order they showed me one type of roses (with large heads) but When I came to pick them up it was half or the size I ordered. Same price... if I would have seen them before I wouldn’t buy them. But it was too late as I had to pay on the day of order. Very disappointed.

Great flowers and always very helpful. I have used them many times, preparing bouquets for collection on short notice and delivering arrangements when requested. I have no plans to go to any other florist in Brentwood.
