  You know what you did and you know the service you gave, I dont need to give you dates of when this occurred you failed your customer and on an important occasion, we will not be using your company again.

  Ordered flowers all died within a couple of days, on complaint provided a lame excuse and offered flower replacement only instead, bouquets were sub standard and new replacement flowers did the same, very disappointing will not be using this florist again
