used oops a daisy for 5 years and certainly won't be using them again....spent an obscene amount of money over the years on my wife and my mum, and they cant even get an order out for delivery on my chosen date (which was verified)..resulting in my wife not receiving her valentines flowers! quick enough to take ur money but aren't even interested when i tell them how upset my wife is...then they offered to send the flowers the next day for the same charge!!! not acceptable!!

Great service and the flowers are beautiful. The first time I went the staff were extremely helpful and even though I only went in with a photo of something I'd seen elsewhere they were more happy to put it together and the result was lovely. I've been back regularly and would always try them first for any flowers I want delivered. They are currently working on my Mum's birthday bouquet. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
