  Really disappointed with my experience today. Not a big flower buyer but have used them lots of times over the years and always been happy. Phoned on Saturday morning and given that they were very busy with Mother’s Day preparation asked if I wanted a bouquet for my wife’s birthday on Tuesday would it be time enough for me to come in Monday. Was told that would be absolutely fine. Went in this morning and was told because they had been very busy they couldn’t provide a bouquet. The young girl I approached was really good but someone hearing in the back came out and at length went on about all the problems they faced getting flowers today. I appreciate that might well be the case but my grump was that I was told otherwise on the phone two days ago. The young girl realising I was unhappy apologised and even offered helpful advice whereas the woman from the back seemed totally oblivious as to why I was unhappy - it was almost as if I had been awkward daring to ask for a bouquet so close to Mother’s Day. For next year I’ll see if my wife can move her birthday or use a different florist!

  Got great valentines flowers! Managed to get a promo code for FREE chocolates, great brownie points! Used click and collect for the first time and it worked brilliantly!
