  Natalie was fantastic. Listened to me, not my mum and helped me decide on the flowers suiting venue and style. Delievered to 3 addresses as my grandparents couldnt make the ceremony but posed for pictures beforehand. Lovely displays and amended quote a few times and advised to suit our budget. Have used few times post wedding and brilliant service each time.

  Jade gave me real help with choosing a flower design for my Aunt's funeral, as I didn't want a traditional wreath . She made up a beautiful posy with yellow roses , white and yellow chrysanthemums . I know my Aunt would have loved the posey. I give Jade and Flowers by Design 10/10 and a big Thank you .

  Had two wedding buttonholes , they didn't last the day.Also expensive .Would not use again

  Natalie is so lovely and down to earth and was so helpful when I went in to talk about what flowers I would like for my wedding day. The flowers were stunning on my wedding day and I highly recommend flowers by design!

  Disappointed as the buttonhole rose went brown within 2 hours of buying.
