  What a rip off! Ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to our hotel on a romantic weekend away with my GF. They took my money from my debit card and failed to deliver the flowers.....on arrival at the hotel they could not be contacted.

  Flowers arrived dead, the message was hand written in the back of the invoice from the person sending the flowers. No care and attention to detail. They promised to send some more and nothing arrived.

  *** THIRD UPDATE 16.12.18 *** Still waiting on that promise refund for the services not provided. Seems Jon has issues with carrying out services paid for AND keeping promises. *** SECOND UPDATE 22.11.18 *** Jon has now spoken to my Mum and agreed with a way forward. Once he has made good on his promises, I have agreed I will remove my updated review. *** UPDATED REVIEW 22.11.18 *** It was my grandmother’s funeral yesterday down in Poole. My Mum, willing to give a second chance, used this clown of a florist to purchase flowers despite previous misgivings. Well what a mistake that chose to be... We turned up at the crematorium to find no flowers. No card, no sign of anything. Turns out the joker sent them to the crematorium in Bournemouth, a day earlier than asked! (Having only placed the order 90 minutes before he needed them despite my Mum going in around a week in advance - it’s not an easy task for anyone but she wanted to make sure she had something fitting for her Mum who loved flowers.) He see’s fit to blame the local florist who we have spoken to and they called him to check date / location because they didn’t think they had the right one. What an absolute piece of work. I see others on here have had issues with funeral flowers and I can hardly believe my ears - you want sensitivity and caring at this time, not some absolute con artist who couldn’t run a piss up in a brewery. Rightly so my mother is fuming and once she has moved on through her grief I am sure she will be seeking a refund for services not provided. *** ORIGINAL REVIEW MAY 2018 *** Really disappointed. Have used Valerie Ann’s for years before it moved. Popped in today to pick up a bouquet as a thank you gift for someone and we were completely ignored. Lady manning the shop was more interested in her phone call than us and didn’t even acknowledge our presence and there was clearly someone out the back who was more pre-occupied. Took our business else where and got a beautiful bouquet in Bowness.
