  Jan is a lovely woman and has done an AMAZING job with my wedding flowers! I didn't really know what i wanted or what to have but Jan spent the time running through different options with me and providing plenty of suggestions with her creative mind! She totally put me at ease! The shop itself is beautiful and provides a range of flowers and beautiful gifts. Top Class service and shop!!!!

  Ordered funeral flowers for our mum from Pollenation and they were absolutely beautiful. Jan made the arrangements personally. Everyone commented on them, especially the beautiful heart. Thank you so very much

  I order my wedding flowers from this lady and when they arrived they was all dead and hour later and my bonquet wasn’t what I asked for!! Now she won’t give us any sort of refund!! Not happy

  Ordered flowers on Valentine's Day and although as expected Pollination was busy they put the flowers in a taxi and got them to my mum just before 5pm just before she closed. She was over the moon with them and I can't thank you enough for making her day bright 🌻💐🏵️🌼
