    I ordered flowers to be sent to my Grandmother who is staying in a local care home. I was sent pictures and they were exactly what I had envisioned, lovely whites and greens. The lady who took my order on the phone was lovely and friendly. Highly recommend!

    Thank you to the two lovely ladies today in the shop, Went in for flowers for my fiancé as I’m back from the Royal Marines for 2 weeks but she didn’t expect me back till Sunday, she loved them and loved it even more when I knocked her door 20 mins later, Great service and great shop for flowers, highly recommend it.

    I'm extremely disappointed with the recent service I had. It's unfortunate I have had to leave this review, however I feel it's the only way Jayne may take it into consideration. I have always purchased flowers from here, even when it was Sue's flowers. Always happy with what I recieved. However the service and treatment I have had from one of the ladies (in a red/brown hoodie believe it to be Superdry) has been awful. I rang to order flowers for my mother, for Mother's Day. I got told quite abruptly that I needed to pay for them before the day as they would be too busy when I collect on the Sunday. So I went in a few days before Mother's Day to pay. I also asked for another bouquet to be made, of pinks/purples/creams. I paid for both bouquets there and then and informed them I'd be there Sunday morning to collect. Sunday arrived and I went into the store. They said my bouquet was ready but I was only presented with one. I asked where the other was, it took a while for them to find my order. Once they did they tried to adamantly tell me someone in my family must have collected it. In the end it turned out they gave it away to the wrong person. AT THIS POINT they were helpful and friendly. They asked if I could wait whilst they make another. To be honest I had no choice and even though it made me late, I thought "fair enough mistakes happen". So I waited and was presented with the flowers. My intense pink bouquet was absolutely fine. Due to being in a rush I didn't check the bunch they had just made me properly. On driving home I noticed that some of the roses appeared to already be dying. I thought I would send an email later that day (a polite one explaining that I was unsatisfied with the flowers for the first time ever, but the ladies were lovely snd helpful). Monday, no reply! As I work in town I thought I'd pop into the store. Well, what I was confronted with was not friendly customer service at all but extremely rude by this one particular lady. I explained I had sent an email and they merely said "yes we got it". Ok what? So no reply? Not going to contact me back? And then added "they're not dead that's just the type of rose they are". She then said extremely abruptly "well you should of come back then shouldn't you?" She had already made me late by giving my flowers to someone else? I explained my email was polite and I said they were helpful. But my mother wasn't happy. I said it's not about the money, I don't want that back. They offered to make me a smaller bouquet. With this they tried to show me the roses and how they had the same look "a protective layer of petals" they called it. They didn't look anywhere as bad as the ones in my bouquet. What got me the most, and I don't think she realised but I happened to notice her eyes rolling at me as well as shaking her head at me. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Well I can tell you now, on returning home today I again looked at the roses. They are dying after 2 days! I have taken another picture and I'm more than happy to show you it! Absolutely disgusted with her attitude and customer service although I had the patience to wait due to their mistake. I hope this is taken into consideration and you have potentially lost a loyal customer from over the years.
