  Our office ordered a bouquet for a colleague who's son passed away suddenly aged 21 it cost 54 pounds when it arrived it was appalling none I the staff would allow it to be sent to the grieving colleage... we were told there would not be a refund even though we rang immediately to voice our concern ...we binned them and bought better in Morrisons
